I recall a moment when Jose, the staff, helped me with my luggage during check-out, it was like a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve encountered, with an excellent selection of breads and pastries, it set up my day!

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable, especially considering the quality of service and comfort I received.

While my overall experience was wonderful, the Wi-Fi connections fluctuated at times, which was a bit frustrating while trying to plan my next steps.

I stayed in a Superior Room for 6 nights, and it was really clean and comfortable. There was a cozy corner with an armchair that was perfect for kicking back after a long day. The bathroom was nice too, with everything you need. The bed felt great, which made it easy to relax. No issues at all with the room during my stay!

Our family had a fantastic stay! The warm hospitality was unforgettable, especially Ailton's engaging Portuguese lesson. The Peruvian dishes at the restaurant were delectable—better than many I tried in Peru! The breakfast buffet spoils you with choices. Don’t miss the secure parking for peace of mind.

My stay was seamless, especially with the USB plugs near the bed and the smooth check-out thanks to Jose's help with my luggage. Plus, using the 99 app for rides was super convenient and made getting around a breeze.
